Hi all! Hope you’re having a nice start to the christmas break, recently I found out I had a grade 2 tear to my ACL on my left knee. Thankfully, no surgery is required (yet!) but I’d love to hear some advice, tips and “best buys” for my recovery if anyone’s been through a similar situation. Merry Christmas! 🎄

Hello everyone! I’m new here and I’d just like to introduce myself if that’s alright. My names Abbey, and I’m a 17 year old goalkeeper based in Buckinghamshire, England. I’m currently a Soccer Assist Athlete moving to America on a scholarship for college football in July 2026, with experience for playing with teams such as Watford, London Bees, Hertford Town, MK Dons and more. I aspire to utilise J4K to its full potential to push myself to be the best player I can be physically and mentally since my end goal is to play professional football as I grow up.
