Sup guys, I'm 23. Just got out of 3 and a half year relationship so looking to level up to my max in every way possible. I'm around 6,1 and currently 150 and am trying to get to to 170 weight wise (lean mass). Also trying to get to Senior level at my job and figure out other ways to scale my income. My main issue has always been consistency. I can do 2 - 3 month short burst and will then drop it completely. Hopefully this community will be what I need
