@Shango Collier youre correct that is whats happening. There are always scammers...its sad. But for those that are actually doing well in the industry and not scamming, it seems like the education side ends up being an inevitable business they add to their profit stream. But, even those that run a reasonably honest and decent education/mentorship(not really mentor, more like a coach) may not deliver what they initially represent, and not offer the support that their students think they are supposed to get. I think this is something that Ellis seems to be concerned about which I greatly appreciate. Right now there seems to be too many people jumping on the curative title education bandwagon to get their piece of the pie and it very well could cause problems in the industry on the legal side. In fact I just saw another offer for an A.I. agent and Codex system that supposedly is a one stop shop to get all the answers you would ever need for curative title issues and methods in seconds. Just subscribe and youre gold! Will this ever stop? Nope.
