What if I'm not a developer? Can I still launch a SaaS?
This is one of the biggest questions I get in SaaS in a Weekend. "If I can pre-sell a SaaS idea before I build it, how do I get it built? How much will it cost? Do I hire someone? Can I do it myself if I'm not a developer?" Usually I recommend getting a co-founder who can code and having them build it while you do the marketing, splitting everything 50/50. The problem with that is, well, partnerships are hard. Lots of times they don't work out, and you're stuck with a SaaS you can't maintain. It CAN work, but it's hard. So, I partnered with a super smart dude who figured out how to no-code SaaS products. He's NOT a developer. But in the past 2 months he's already coded 4 fully functional products. One of them I use every day - it's become a core part of my workflow. And he just put the finishing touches on something he calls "Anyone Can Be a Dev" where he walks you through his process step-by-step.. You'll follow along with him as he shows you how to build your own custom CRM using no code tools.... And when you're done, you'll be able to code any app you can think of. It's the missing piece to SaaS in a Weekend. We're putting the finishing touches on it now... When we launch it, would you like to be in the pilot program where you'll get the whole package + his help to build your first SaaS?

Replay Live! How to Validate Your SaaS Idea w/ Customers BEFORE Writing Code
Hot dawg I had fun hanging out with ya on the fun-shop last week. The replay is LIVE and in the classroom for $9. It includes: 1. The recording of the workshop that walks you through how to find and validate a SaaS idea without coding 2. The exact landing and checkout page we use to get customers to buy - even if we have no product 3. The "converts like crazy" checkout page that covers our ad spend And 4 Bonuses: 1. My personal list of pre-validated SaaS ideas that you can steal and build - they all have a huge market, low infra costs and solve a simple job to be done 2. The exact Landing Page, Checkout Page and Thank You Page templates - just fill in your info and launch 3. The SaaS Validation Scorecard - the document we use to validate our SaaS ideas I waffled back and forth on giving this replay away for free, but I feel it would be a disservice to you to NOT charge at least something - you'll value it more and take action when there's a little skin in the game. Grab it here: https://www.skool.com/saas-validation-lab-4279/classroom/a81d5c14?md=4b39d611da2e4000abc5d3a1b0452a4a

@Arthur Koster no this one doesn’t but I can create one that does go over that if folks want it

@Arthur Koster I didn't go into the technical ads setup (like how to setup the pixel and campaigns) on this training - I did go over how to structure the campaigns, the targeting, how to create the ads and how to build the landing page. The technical setup is all covered in the coaching program
The "Validation" mistake most SaaS founders make (and how to avoid it)
"Validate before you build" is mostly terrible advice. It sends founders down a rabbit hole of customer interviews where everyone is nice. You spend weeks scheduling calls. People tell you your idea is "brilliant" and "a game-changer." You get all hyped up, spend 6 months building the thing… And then you launch to the sound of crickets. Why? Because people are nice. They don't want to hurt your feelings. But a "that's a great idea!" doesn't pay your server costs. People will tell you what you want to hear. They’ll say your idea is amazing. They’ll say they’d “totally pay for that.” But when it’s time to actually pull out their wallet? Ghosted. The only vote that truly counts is a credit card. This is the only validation that matters. Someone giving you their hard-earned money for a product that doesn't even exist yet. Instead of asking people if they'd buy your SaaS, you build a simple landing page and a compelling offer and see if they actually buy it. When you have 10 people who have paid you before you've written a single line of code, THAT is validation. Anything else is just a conversation. My loving suggestion? Stop collecting "maybes" in interviews. Start collecting customers.

You're invited!!
This Thursday, I'm hosting a little get-together on Zoom where I'll show how we are validating SaaS ideas with paying customer before we generate any code. We use a 2-page website, a brand new FB ad account and $300 in ad spend. Our goal is to sell $200 of a SaaS that doesn't exist. You don't need any FB ad experience or fancy marketing apps or tools. Just an open mind and a desire to build a little SaaS biz that pays all the bills. Would love to have you join us! Grab your spot here: https://krall.co/validation-funshop There's no cost to join and watch live - but I'll have a "pay whatever you think it's worth" option at the end with a couple extra bonuses if you like what you hear and you want some help finding your validated SaaS idea and launching it.

White label saas
Can you also help us get to $300/ day if we own white label? And if so, what would our rights have to entail? I haven’t seen anywhere what our necessary ingredients /assets would be in order to make your magic trick work 100% I would love to know so I can see if I can negotiate it from owner. Thanks !

It's possible to negotiate, but the owner would have to be sold on the LTD model
