What worked in July (and what didn't)
Most real estate coaches never share their numbers. Thatās usually because⦠They havenāt sold real estate in years. (Or ever.) But when I launched this new team with my husband, I made a promise: Iād share everything. Even when itās messy. Even when itās embarrassing. Because the truth sets us freeā From shame, isolation, and disappointment. So here it is: What worked in July (and what didnāt)... š 212 New Real Estate Leads We aim for 100+ a month. In July, we hit 212. Down slightly from 224 in Juneābut still a win in my book. š 112 Calls/Texts Better than June. But still only ~2 touches a day. Either weāre not tracking properly⦠or weāve got more work to do. š 2 Appointments Completed This one stung.Ā In July, we had a major aha moment: Howard (as a new agent) didnāt realize he should be pushing leads to appointments. And I (as a seasoned salesperson) wrongly assumed he did. We were both kicking ourselves. That misalignment led to missed opportunitiesābut also a breakthrough. This is exactly why I wanted to help him build this business: So I could see every gap⦠and solve it. And if heās struggling with this, chances are, some of my students are too. So I updated the Messages To Money⢠course with more conversion scripts and strategies to help turn strangers into leadsāand leads into clients. š Speed To Lead Right now⦠our average response time is 24 hours. š¬ (Yes, Iām cringing too.) Howard works full-time at a busy financial institution, so his time is limited. Ideally, internet leads should be contacted within 5 minutes. But the upside? Our leads already know, like, and trust us. So they wait. Still, weāre working on tightening this up. š Instagram In July we had⦠- Views: 156K - Interactions: 1.2K - New Followers: 116 Our reels and carousel views were up 52% from June, and over 43% of our views came from non-followers (which means our content is being shared like crazy⦠for free)! We also had one post go viral, which was super fun!
