But when I launched this new team with my husband, I made a promise:

We aim for 100+ a month.
In July, we hit 212.
Down slightly from 224 in June—but still a win in my book.
👎 112 Calls/Texts
Better than June.
But still only ~2 touches a day.
Either we’re not tracking properly… or we’ve got more work to do.
👎 2 Appointments Completed
This one stung. In July, we had a major aha moment: Howard (as a new agent) didn’t realize he should be pushing leads to appointments. And I (as a seasoned salesperson) wrongly assumed he did. We were both kicking ourselves. That misalignment led to missed opportunities—but also a breakthrough. This is exactly why I wanted to help him build this business: So I could see every gap… and solve it. And if he’s struggling with this, chances are, some of my students are too. Howard works full-time at a busy financial institution, so his time is limited.
Ideally, internet leads should be contacted within 5 minutes.
But the upside?
Our leads already know, like, and trust us. So they wait.
Still, we’re working on tightening this up.

Our reels and carousel views were up 52% from June, and over 43% of our views came from non-followers (which means our content is being shared like crazy… for free)! We also had one post go viral, which was super fun!
Next step: Turn that attention into clients.
We’re adding more lead magnets to our content calendar and promoting them across social, search, and ads.
Once they’re tested and proven, I’ll drop the templates inside the portal so you can use them too.

As Howard and I build this from scratch, I’m constantly inspired by our coaching students.

⭐️ Maricruz got 471 leads from her newsletter—and converted an out-of-town buyer last week.
⭐️ Jessica is getting a new lead every hour from her email list.
⭐️ Stephanie went viral with a post about... wait for it… her city’s new garbage bins!!! 🤯Like, what?!?! Over 1M local views. (Which will allow her to retarget a massive audience for pennies on the dollar.)
