🧠 The #1 reason K-pop agencies reject trainees isn't lack of talent. It's lack of cleanliness. Cleanliness = your body doing exactly what you want it to do, when you want it to do it. Most trainees focus on learning more choreography. But agencies are watching something else entirely: whether you control each movement or whether your body "drifts" through it. Here's a quick test: Stand in front of a mirror and do a basic chest isolation. Now freeze mid-move. Did your hips move? Did your shoulders drift? Did your head follow? If yes, you have a cleanliness problem. The fix is not more choreo. It's slow-motion drilling of individual body parts, 10 minutes a day, consistently.
