Right on, and hello again. Well, this excercise for me, makes me calm from the inside, more sensitive and connected with the body and mind. Untill i got derived from 'it' ...then it's gone, 'till the next time i do the excercise wich is the next morning....šŸ™„ (at the job i can't perform the grounding, i work at heights usually.) Thankx!

Many people don’t realize that the jaw is directly connected to the neck, the rib cage, and even the pelvis. When the jaw is tight, the neck becomes tight. When the neck becomes tight, the shoulders lift. When the shoulders lift, the ribs cannot expand well. When the ribs cannot expand, the breathing becomes shallow. When the breathing becomes shallow, the nervous system thinks there is stress. So a tight jaw can change: šŸ‘‰ Your posture šŸ‘‰ Your breathing šŸ‘‰ Your nervous system šŸ‘‰ Your pelvic floor tension šŸ‘‰ Your lower back ā€¼ļø The jaw is not just for talking and eating. ā€¼ļø The jaw is a posture and breathing muscle.

@Zina Zinchenko the jaw is mostly really fine, but the tongue! Although i taste very well mostly it is stuck to the upper part...palate is the name

How are your FEET today?
If you sit all day, your pelvic floor doesn’t stop working. It often starts bracing. When the pelvic floor braces, the abdominal wall follows. Breath becomes shallow. Hips tighten. Low back compensates. So we start from the ground.

Yes nice talk, Zina thank you ;) good moves,i had this idea after listening: like trees are connected by their rootsystems underground, the are aware together, and true that communities are build, ment to feel home, safe, and inspired. As long as the pope is not here i am in 🤩🄰

To answer the question, hello again šŸ™ƒ honestly i can not tell but for sure what to feel less, is the amount of selfdoubt these days, wich starting to exist when i was diagnosed with kidney stones and skin cancer, (now under control) but I hadn't expected it cause i live my life healthy 🤪
