Podcasting Is Not Saturated — It's Just Getting Started ​ If you think podcasting is overcrowded, think again. ​ Yes, there are millions of podcasts—but very few stay the course. ​ Let’s look at the numbers: ​ Growth is strong ​ Over 4.5 million podcasts exist as of mid‑2025. ​ But most aren't active: only ~3–4 million are still running. ​ Nearly 487,000 new shows launched in the last 3 months alone. ​ But most creators quit early ​ 47% of podcasts never make it past episode 3. ​ 90% fail to reach episode 20. ​ Only ~155,000 podcasts (ā‰ˆ4%) are consistently active with 10+ episodes and recent publishing. ​ That means your real competition isn’t the millions of podcasts—it’s the small group who stay consistent. ​ The audience is growing fast ​ In 2025, there are 584 million podcast listeners globally—up from 547 million last year. ​ In the U.S., 55% of adults (158M+) listen monthly. ​ That’s ~7% of the world’s 8.2 billion people—an audience that’s still expanding. ​ Monetization is scaling ​ Podcast ad revenue hit $4.46 billion globally in 2025. ​ The U.S. alone makes up $2.55 billion of that. ​ The takeaway ​ The podcasting space isn’t oversaturated—it’s under-persisted. ​ If you create consistently, you’re already in the top tier. ​ Stick with it, deliver value, and the upside is massive.

Listener Support – Platforms like Patreon allow your audience to support you directly. 3. Affiliate Marketing – You promote products and earn a commission for each sale through your links. 4. Selling Products or Services – Many podcasters use their platform to promote their own offerings—like courses, books, or merchandise. 5. Podcast Networks – Joining a network can help with monetization, though it usually comes later in your growth. It’s important to note: Podcasting is not a quick-reach scheme. It doesn’t usually go viral like reels or short-form content. Growth takes consistency, value-driven content, and time. But what it does offer is deep connection and trust with your audience—something short videos often can't match. So yes, it can definitely increase your visibility, but in a different, more lasting way.

Minding Your Language + Alex Hormozi’s $100M Money Models.
Language is everything, and as entrepreneurs, we often forget just how powerful it is when used intentionally. Earlier today, I walked past a woman dressed for summer, deep in conversation on her phone. I won’t repeat what she said, let’s just say the words were… colourful. But it struck me: in a single sentence, she revealed more about her world, her values, and her circle than most surveys ever could. It reminded me of one of the golden rules of copywriting: if you don’t speak your customer’s language, you risk sounding clueless, out of touch, or irrelevant. And here’s the truth, if I were trying to reach her demographic, I’d be lost unless I understood not just what they talk about, but how they talk about it. That’s the art: blending into the conversation they’re already having in their own head. So, here’s the takeaway: do you speak your customer’s language? ( you know Alex does) If not, make it a priority. It will change the way you connect, sell, and serve forever.
