Night routines
Having a good night's sleep can strongly influence a good next day. What are one or two routines you do each night to make sure you are up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the mornings?

@Andrew Nelson conversational hypnosis is a way to have conversation and be able to help people leave behind blocks and childhood issues. It is so powerful. AND it is simple to do.

The lies we tell ourselves
So, my daughter (12) didn't want to go to gymnastics practice after school today because her friends (from another grade) weren't going and no one in her grade likes her (her perception, but not reality). I haven't said anything, but I do understand this "mind-reading" and "catastrophising" way of thinking. What do you when you notice those types of thinking in your children?

what questions can you ask them to prove they are mistaken about their perception? maybe a time where they were accepted? or exalted for a good deed, just ship-balling here. Once you can establish that .....for a thing to be true it must be true all the time. is my point. I hope this makes sense.
