Hi I am in. I am leading my own cleanse. July 12-19 and would like to do the cleanse along with Cate at the same time. I am here for a simple cleanse and to reset my IF rhythm. I am craving sugar after the holidays and need to get those cravings in check. I don't need to lose any weight. My sleep has been uneven so I want to have consistently good sleep before going to Alta!

@Cate Stillman I just looked up Creatine and its used for building muscle. I do not see any benefits about improving sleep??? Can you give me your source? the side effects aren't very fun

@Cate Stillman Thanks. these are tried and true habits to help mitigate stress. Everyone I meet is stressed about the election and what we know is coming afterwards no matter who wins. I do not recognize my country. It feels alien to me

Baby steps. I reduced my calories ti 1100 today. Tomorrow I will try 900. I had an eating disorder., Bulimia for 7 years in my late 20's early 30's. it was pre Karen Carpenter and didn't even know that it was a syndrome or its name . I experienced a gradual self healing over several years without any counseling. Yoga and meditation helped me shift my obsession with food. So I have had a fear of triggering that behavior. Today i simply ate less. I have been on the kitchari cleanse for a week with my own club. I am eating less. I will see how it goes and if I get to the whole 5 days.
