On the topic of breathing I had the honor of interviewing the one and only Jill Miller, author of Body by Breath, for the new Physiology First podcast 🎙️ I started the podcast last year but wasn't feeling the surge of inspiration that I needed to invest in the journey, particularly as we work to scale our campuses. A BIG update on London coming tomorrow! Having thought long and deep about the cultural division tearing our society apart at the moment, and the impact on the psychological health of our next generation, I've rediscovered my fire for audio content shaped around the concept of the scientific method being synonymous with the art of asking questions, and the skill of thinking critically at a time when critical thinking couldn't be more critical. Hey Team! @David Bidler i know your kicking ass and moving and shaking in UK which is so exciting. Can anyone direct me to where the physiology first/school partnership info is? Our superintendent is leaving and I’ve secured an appt with the new super (still have my contract in the lower schools) and would love to bring the whole district on board with physiology first principles through this platform. Any help if greatly appreciated!
