Hey RARE Community! We are flying through the year. I wanted to make everyone here aware of the events coming up in October! Please see below. The RARE21 Challenge: Understanding and Praying the Rosary - This Challenge started in September but will finish on The Feast of the Holy Rosary (Oct 7th) - If you have not started yet that is ok! You can join in any time in the "Classroom" tab here at the RARE Skool, or you can listen on The Frankie D'Astoli Show podcast which is available on all podcasting platforms and YouTube October 7th: The Feast of the Holy Rosary - In the "Calendar" tab you will find a zoom link to join in on a virtual group rosary at 6:30pm EST as we celebrate and honor this amazing feast day! October 14th: Rosary and Real Estate Meet Up 005 (Virtual) - On October 14th we will have a virtual RARE meet up where we will be going over Real Estate Investing strategies along with ways to increase our knowledge and understanding of the Faith! - The event will start at 6:30PM EST and run till about 8PM EST. - You can join in the "Calendar" Tab however, please use this link below to sign up, so I have an accurate headcount - https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C054EAEAC23AAF9C16-59042071-rosary Hope to see you all throughout these events! Hey RARE team! The first ever RARE21 Challenge is officially live and launched! This one is on Understanding and Praying the Rosary. Each day you will find a 10-15 minute video on a particular topic revolving around the rosary. My message to you is this - if you go through this 21 Day challenge I very much believe you will be extremely well versed in the rosary and you will know how to not only pray it and understand it, but you will be confident in the graces it will bring to your life. You can find this challenge in a few different places. 1. The "Classroom" tab in the RARE Skool - contains each days video (I highly suggest going here) 2. YouTube - you can find them on my YouTube channel if you search Frankie D'Astoli or The Frankie D'Astoli Show you should see them there 3. Spotify / Apple Podcasts or any other podcasting platform - Each day will be posted to The Frankie D'Astoli Show which can be found on all podcasting platforms (This way doesn't include the video which is why I put it last) On October 7th, The Feast of the Holy Rosary - we will pray a group rosary together after the challenge is complete. Hey RARE! @Ryan Geller is a member of the RARE community - he’s also a husband, father of 2, and a successful laundry mat investor! Ryan and his company are hosting an event at one of their laundromats in Sharon Hill, PA - it’s a community event with a goal of driving customers to the store. Although people in this group may not need to do their laundry there - it’s a great opportunity to check out Ryan’s store and talk with him in person about what it’s like being a laundry business owner! (outside of Our Blessed Mother Mary, and spiritual Father St. Joseph Ofcourse) - If you aren’t investing yet or don’t have a favorite Saint you can just say what you hope to start investing in and maybe a Saint you’d like to learn more about I’ll start: I primarily focus on buy and hold investing using the BRRRR strategy (Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat) and my favorite Saint, although I have many, is St. Francis of Assisi
