Good morning Rare Community! We are 10 days out from our Rosary and Real Estate Meet Up, our 5th ever, although our 1st ever virtual! Historically, at the Rosary and Real Estate events we've had discussions on things such as: - The steps to buy your first or next property - How to analyze deals - How to buy your first property with little money down - The difference between cash flow & appreciation and which is better - What is the rosary and how to pray it - Who is our Blessed Mother - What do the parables of Jesus tell us - And more! My question to the group is, what do YOU want to learn. Through all of these events we have had a great mix of people who are Real Estate Investors looking to grow in faith, and people of faith looking to learn how to invest in real estate. I will be preparing a presentation on both real estate investing and growing in faith but I am looking for your input if you decide to provide it! Good morning RARE Community! Today we celebrate the Feast Day of St. Padre Pio, a well known saint and definitely a favorite among this group! St. Pio was an extremely holy man who was known for many things here are a few that always stand out to me. 1. Padre Pio would stay in a confessional for insane periods of time (18 hours +) listening to confessions of catholics who would come from all over. This clearly showed his intense belief in the sacrament of confession and how important it is for the salvation of souls. 2. His miracles. Throughout his life on earth he was known for bilocation (being in multiple places at once), reading souls, and physical healings 3. His emphasize on spiritual warfare and love for Our Lady. Padre Pio was known for getting into physical altercations with demons who were trying to torment him. He also would pray more than 50 rosaries a day, that's not an exaggeration, 50! 4. The Stigmata, St. Pio bore the wounds of Christ on the form of the Stigmata. A badge of honor which showed his closeness to Jesus Christ. St. Padre Pio is still performing intercessory miracles today from heaven to all who call upon him. Whatever it is you are going through today, I encourage you to bring it to St. Pio and ask for his intercession. St. Padre Pio, pray for us!

Hey RARE team! The first ever RARE21 Challenge is officially live and launched! This one is on Understanding and Praying the Rosary. Each day you will find a 10-15 minute video on a particular topic revolving around the rosary. My message to you is this - if you go through this 21 Day challenge I very much believe you will be extremely well versed in the rosary and you will know how to not only pray it and understand it, but you will be confident in the graces it will bring to your life. You can find this challenge in a few different places. 1. The "Classroom" tab in the RARE Skool - contains each days video (I highly suggest going here) 2. YouTube - you can find them on my YouTube channel if you search Frankie D'Astoli or The Frankie D'Astoli Show you should see them there 3. Spotify / Apple Podcasts or any other podcasting platform - Each day will be posted to The Frankie D'Astoli Show which can be found on all podcasting platforms (This way doesn't include the video which is why I put it last) On October 7th, The Feast of the Holy Rosary - we will pray a group rosary together after the challenge is complete.
