Hey RARE! @Ryan Geller is a member of the RARE community - he’s also a husband, father of 2, and a successful laundry mat investor! Ryan and his company are hosting an event at one of their laundromats in Sharon Hill, PA - it’s a community event with a goal of driving customers to the store. Although people in this group may not need to do their laundry there - it’s a great opportunity to check out Ryan’s store and talk with him in person about what it’s like being a laundry business owner! (outside of Our Blessed Mother Mary, and spiritual Father St. Joseph Ofcourse) - If you aren’t investing yet or don’t have a favorite Saint you can just say what you hope to start investing in and maybe a Saint you’d like to learn more about I’ll start: I primarily focus on buy and hold investing using the BRRRR strategy (Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat) and my favorite Saint, although I have many, is St. Francis of Assisi

I was with a good friend of mine yesterday who came out to the last RARE in person event. At the event he was telling me that he came because he feels he has the real estate piece down (he owns a portfolio of properties) but he is missing the faith piece. He recognized his role as a father and how he has a responsibility to pass down faith to his children but ultimately didn’t know how. I gave him a few easy ways to start incorporating faith into his family. 1. Nightly prayers 2. Prayers before meals 3. Reading a Bible verse daily 4. Making the sign of the cross over your kids 5. A statue of Jesus and/or Mary in your home After meeting with him he told me he’s been praying basically every night and his kids have started asking him about it. This is what this group is all about. Evangelizing ourselves and in turn, and in time, our families and then our community. Generational Wealth is cool, but Generational Faith is everlasting.
