Please if you’d like, would love to hear what some peoples main real estate investing strategy is & if you have a favorite Saint! (outside of Our Blessed Mother Mary, and spiritual Father St. Joseph Ofcourse) - If you aren’t investing yet or don’t have a favorite Saint you can just say what you hope to start investing in and maybe a Saint you’d like to learn more about
I’ll start:
I primarily focus on buy and hold investing using the BRRRR strategy (Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat) and my favorite Saint, although I have many, is St. Francis of Assisi
