I was curious what made this one green.
I was shopping and was curious what made this one green as I USED to get the green one cause it seemed to help sooth my muscles. Oh, I just started a Black Girls Run unofficial meet up...so...yeah...I'm getting ready-ready! 🧴 They look the same… but they’re not. Both say: 70% Isopropyl Alcohol Same main ingredient. Same purpose. But why is one is clear. The other is green. 👀 What changed? The clear one? --Just alcohol + water. That’s it. --Read that again… Same base. Different extras. The green one has: - Added fragrance (wintergreen) - Added glycerin - Added dye This is how a lot of what we consume works too. It’s not always the main thing…it’s what’s been added to it. ⚠️ The question isn’t just “what is it?” It’s…What else came with it? Start reading labels differently. Because sometimes the difference between “helpful” and “harmful”…is hidden in the extras. Which one are you choosing?

Dry fasting for me. This means: No food. No liquid. No shower/bathing. No washing hands. No brushing teeth. Nothing but air. This is a powerful tool to get out of autopilot and a refresher when things become a bit stale. Also, to receive and expand your vessel for many more blessings Lets gooooo!!! Any questions?
