The Plymouth Arygle girls are very fortunate,they get to visit and play some of the best academies in the country,Lacie u/9 & Flo u/13 have just played against Arsenal u/9 & Liverpool u/13,2 very good academies, Lacie was playing for TUFC (her grassroots team)and put in a performance Manuel Neuer would have been proud of helping her team beat Arsenal 2-1. Flo playing for PAFC v Liverpool again another outstanding performance,Liverpool scored in the last minute to win 2-1, A couple of great videos of the girls in action 💚🧤

If anyone is based in Plymouth then I highly recommend @Andy Meeds at J4K Devon and Cornwall. I was a new goalkeeper when I joined up and I have learnt loads from him. I know you have to put the work and effort in but he has helped me become the keeper I am. Even if you can't make a session for a while he always welcome you back and is always interested in how you have been doing. Big positive is that he has played the position and doesn't expect you to do anything the he wouldn't have done

What an amazing achievement,1 - 1 AET and into penalties,hours & hours of training,early mornings,cold wet ,muddy ,tired,but an amazing attitude,commitment and work ethic ,Kat saved 2 penalties to ensure the cup came back to Mt Kelly for the 3rd year in a row.What an achievement from the players ,remember a lot goes on behind the scenes,Coaches working on session plans,player development/performance plans,physio,S &C coaches,catering,kit/laundry,fantastic to be involved. This is a massive achievement,the first ever Plymouth School Girls FA.Over 100 yrs and this is the first girls team to represent Plymouth.Yesterday was the semi final v Leeds schools FA in,a long way to travel but worth it winning 3-0.All 3 GKs train at J4K with me ,now to get ready for the final 👏❤️🧤
