The Plymouth Arygle girls are very fortunate,they get to visit and play some of the best academies in the country,Lacie u/9 & Flo u/13 have just played against Arsenal u/9 & Liverpool u/13,2 very good academies, Lacie was playing for TUFC (her grassroots team)and put in a performance Manuel Neuer would have been proud of helping her team beat Arsenal 2-1. Flo playing for PAFC v Liverpool again another outstanding performance,Liverpool scored in the last minute to win 2-1, A couple of great videos of the girls in action 💚🧤

The modern keeper has to do so much more than save shots now. I've worked over the last year on receiving back passes. It so important to scan before you recieve the ball. Have an idea before you start shouting at your defenders to pass it back.keeping possession is so important. In the video you see i open up my body to open the pitch. Once the defenders know you can recieve a back pass they will be more confident and it will improve your entire back line.
