Want Your Skool Community to Become a Growth Engine? Read This.
Okay… I just released a YouTube episode that I think some of you will really appreciate. It’s all about how I use summits to grow my Skool communities, not just for visibility, but as an actual growth and monetization engine. A lot of people run summits as one-off events. I use them to bring in waves of new members, build authority fast, and turn free traffic into paid recurring revenue. Interested in being a Speaker at my next Summit? Application Deadline is February 16, 2026 Get to Level 5 to unlock the form.

What's your secret sauce to growing your Skool community?
We all want this...and some of us have a secret sauce to growing our Skool communities. Mine? Some would say - ads, summits, courses Yes...and these are all tactics that anyone can do. Check the comments for my secret sauce and share yours too. Read through the other member comments and leave them a reply if it resonates with you.

Mine is posting in communities that allow free promo and participating in other influencers events like @Brenda Rigney summits.
What's your take?
A great questions came up this morning... If members aren't engaging in your community, should you delete them after a number of days since joining? I shared my answer in this video. Let me know what's your take?

I wouldn't delete them either. Seems like it could affect your metrics negatively. They're not hurting anything.

Friday reflection
I’ve been on Skool for about two months now. And I want to share a simple reflection. What has surprised me the most is the relationships. In a short time, I’ve: - built meaningful connections with people around the world - started collaborations with other community creators - scheduled dates to speak inside other communities - and invited others to share their insights inside mine - This isn’t just about business growth. It’s about personal growth. Being in community: - will definatly helt me grow faster because I don’t think alone - give me perspectives I wouldn’t reach by myself - strengthens my ability to contribute and support others - builds confidence, clarity, and leadership from the inside out For me, Skool has become a space where business, learning, and personal development truly meet. That’s powerful. And I’m so grateful for it. Today I also got my 🔥and for me it is a symbol for that I love being here. Not a symbol of performance.

I agree with you 100%. I haven’t even been on social media as much because of skool. Love being here too.
