1st Milestone Achieved ๐ŸŽ‰
Another member upgraded to our VIP tier today for 997/year ๐ŸŽ‰ This brought our total MRR up to $537! Started with a $500/month goal to keep myself in momentum Here's what worked for me to reach this point: 1. Founding Members Launch I started messy with nothing really built... Offered a low-barrier founding members deal to see who was interested in more support. Had 17 people upgrade through the 2 months this deal ran. 2. Live Workshops (thanks for the inspiration to do this @Dan Harrison ๐Ÿ˜Ž) We run free workshops for now that solve real problems our members are having. Getting them a win in real time naturally led to upgrades. 3. Real Conversations Instead of leaving comments everywhere, I just found conversations that were happening and shared my actual take. Trust was built fast doing this, and DMs naturally followed. From there, if it made sense, I made the offer to them privately. Learn from my mistakes and don't overcomplicate this. I used to overthink all of this stuff and realized all I needed to do was be direct and clear. Help people and talk to them like a real person. The goal is to give them a reason to want more access to you.

I know it's been shared in here by @Phil Clark that we decided to hop on board as well and start donating 10% of our MRR to a cause. BUT I just saw a post in @Julie Siler 's Group too giving a shout out to both THIS and OUR group talking about the Giving Games and how she too is going to be putting some towards a cause of her own! Thanks @Dan Harrison and @Alexander VandeLaar for this amazing initiative!!

I run a Skool for Faith & Motion (Jesus and fitness shtuff), and I also run my business for 1-1 online fitness coaching. Raise your hand if you have a business outside of Skool! If so...are the two businesses aligned, or totally separate??

Hey. Iโ€™m at 1% conversion rate for my community from free to one of two tiers. Iโ€™m emailing, dMing and posting content thatโ€™s getting engagement, 45% are engaged and Iโ€™m posting offers every week. Tiers are 27$ and 67$ This conversion seems low. Am I right? Iโ€™m looking for hints, tips or maybe just some soothing words that everything is going to be alright. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜ข Is anyone else in this same boat?

I too used to wonder this same thing... I was at a point where I felt like I was overly promoting so I chilled for a while. Since then, running workshops like Dan does here has worked well for me. My latest one didn't even have an offer and I had 2 members upgrade to premium that were on the call with us ๐ŸŽ‰
Do you really lose data?
Quick question about ads... particularly on Meta. @Jessica Clark & I are running a campaign at the moment that we recently turned the ad spend down on to review everything to determine our next best steps. My question is if I turn off the campaign why is it that people say you lose data? Isn't the pixel there to collect the data so future campaigns don't spend as much time in the learning phase? And a quick follow up... Instead of turning off the campaign, is it better to turn it down to just $1/day? I need to allocate the ad funds to 1 campaign only since we have a limited ad budget and that's why these questions popped up in my head! Thank in advance for any help ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป It's much appreciated! @Jason Carter That's valid. Didn't even think about that yet. It probably would have to be traffic because of the pixel stuffs lol I'll be looking at some options of how I can set it up. May drop a question inside Skoolers to see what types of campaigns people are running to affiliate links ๐Ÿ˜Ž

@Jason Carter That's the strategy I've been playing and it's been working a little. So far I have 7 sign ups doing it this way. This idea to run the campaign sparked from another community owner who was in a similar boat as me. He said it worked pretty well for him, so I figured why not test it out!
