I just wanted to tell you...
Just because something feels harder than you thought it would… It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. ā¤ļø Sometimes the thing we’re building takes more time, more support, more rest, more courage, and more tiny next steps than we expected. And for ADHD brains like ours...usually it takes 2x longer than others. That doesn’t make it a failure. It may simply mean the path is asking us to grow differently than we planned. 🄹 So if today feels messy, slow, emotional, or unfinished… Please remember this: You are still moving. You are still learning. You are still becoming the woman who can hold the life, family, mission, and business you’re building. One compassionate next step still counts. šŸ¤— I appreciate you. šŸ™

Execution Lab (new time Today ONLY) (and celebrating!)
Hi friends! I have to move the time of our Execution Lab tomorrow (April 10th) to noon CST (instead of 9 am CST). I’m happy to share that Justin is receiving an award from school in the morning for the Character Strength Award! 🄳 He’s being recognized as a leader in JUDGMENT…which they define as ā€œgetting as close as possible to the best answer.ā€ He has demonstrated this strength in meaningful ways at school and even at home. For a 6-year-old, I’m often amazed at how he could read the room, understand what someone is feeling (and what he’s feeling at the same time), and try to help in his own way. Like his older brother, he has an old soul in a young body. šŸ˜„ We’re soooo proud of him. 🄰 And I can’t wait to cheer for him tomorrow! šŸ’•

How to Start When ADHD Feels Hard
This morning’s conversation was one of those where...being in the room mattered just as much as what we talked about. We explored: 🧠 Turning ideas into paying clients→ Starting with real people, real conversations, and allowing space to test and refine (without undervaluing your work) 🧠 Why some offers land—and some don’t→ Especially when it comes to cold traffic and how clarity in the offer changes everything 🧠 What it really looks like to keep going→ Even experienced entrepreneurs only see about a 1 in 5 hit rate with offers→ The difference is continuing to show up, adjust, and try again ----------------- This morning, I’ll be honest—my ADHD symptoms were loud. It felt hard to show up. But being in proximity with @Anzumana Taal and @Elaina Rice shifted everything for me. 🄰 Sometimes it’s not about having the perfect plan. šŸ’ž Sometimes it’s just about being in the right space with the right people. That alone can change your energy—and help you take the next step. šŸ’” So, if you're having a hard time starting a task or initiating your day --> be in the right space with the right people! That's how you start when ADHD is hard. 🄰 If you want to watch the full conversation, the replay is available inside the Classroom for Premium members (when it feels supportive for you). I appreciate you. šŸ™

How we start multiplying our time (instead of stretching it)
Most of us don’t struggle because we’re not doing enough. We struggle because everything still depends on us. So we try to push harder. Do more. Stay longer. But that only works… until it doesn’t. As a recovering workaholic lawyer, I know. The burnout is REAL! That's why the shift I’ve been living into as an ADHD mompreneur is this: šŸ‘‰ Instead of asking, ā€œHow do I get more done?ā€ šŸ‘‰ I ask, ā€œHow do I make this easier to do again?ā€ That’s where things start to change. We begin to: - Turn repeated tasks into simple systems - Capture what works so we don’t start from scratch - Use AI to reduce thinking time (especially for first drafts) And this part matters: šŸ‘‰ Not everything has to run through us. That doesn’t always mean hiring a full team. For many of us, it can look like this: - AI (your thinking partner) --> Draft posts, emails, outlines, checklists—so you’re not starting from zero - Templates (your ā€œfuture youā€) --> Save anything you repeat → captions, workflows, responses - Virtual assistants (even a few hours) --> Upload content, format emails, organize tasks - Simple automations --> Email sequences, booking links, forms that collect info for you - Personal systems --> A weekly rhythm, checklists, one place where everything lives Because leverage doesn’t start with a big team. It starts with removing yourself from repetition. One small system today = hours saved later!!! And yes, my ADHD brain often has a tantrum when I'm working on setting up a system because it finds it "boring!" That's why I remind myself...that I'll save 10 hours later with 1 hour of creating the system. šŸ˜„ Plus this reminders help, too: ✨ More value from your time ✨ Less friction in your business ✨ More space for what actually matters (family, purpose, peace) šŸ‘‰ What’s one thing you repeated this week that we can turn into a simple system or support? YOUR ACTION STEPS: 1. Pick ONE repeated task from the past few days. 2. Decide: AI, template, automate, or delegate? 3. Spend 10 minutes setting up a simple version and test it once.

I’ve decided to upgrade my Skool community membership to premium. one of the reasons I am upgrading is that I want to have an automated reply for new members after being approved.
Community Growth Isn’t Always Visible
Hi everyone šŸ’› just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to those who joined today’s Execution Lab. @Anzumana Taal @Elaina Rice @Demetra Lambros It was so fun connecting with each of you—your energy truly fills me up. There’s something special about being in a space where we can think, share, and build together in real time. I left the call feeling re-energized and ready to execute—and that’s because of you. šŸ™ The replay is now available inside our Classroom here. --------------------------------------- šŸ”„ Top 3 Topics We Covered 1. Sales Calls = Understanding Pain (Not Just Pitching Value) Big shift here:āž”ļø It’s not just about explaining your valueāž”ļø It’s about uncovering real pain points Examples: - Lost time - Low energy - Less family time Core idea: When people feel the problem clearly, the solution becomes obvious. 2. Sales as a 2-Step Process (Discovery → Offer) We talked about separating:āž”ļø Discovery (understand the person)āž”ļø Sales (present the right solution) Not every conversation should lead to an offer. Core idea: Connection first → offer second. 3. Community Growth Isn’t Always Visible Important reframe: āž”ļø Not all members will like/comment/postāž”ļø Some engage quietly (reading, replying to emails, DMs) Core idea: Silent engagement is still real engagement. --------------------------------------- šŸ‘‰ Next Steps 1. In your next call, focus on pain points (not pitching) 2. Treat conversations as a connection first, not immediate sales 3. Don’t judge your community by likes—look for quiet engagement too ā“To all: Which topic resonates with you?
