Exploring the role of measurement in inner development
Measuring IDGs is a powerful starting point for opening meaningful conversations with potential clients - a key focus of our work here in the ID@Work community. Together with @Mark Vandeneijdne and @Peter Leong, the trainers of the IDG Measurement Tool Certification program, we are on a journey to dive deep into how structured measurement can bring clarity and impact to the practice of inner development. Weβre excited to welcome the first cohort of the IDG Measurement Tool certification training graduates to this space! π A warm welcome to @Alexandra Horvath, @Fabiana Mello, @LetΓcia Lenzi Bressiani, @Luca Salvini, @Melanie Elmquist, @Taffy Chirunda, @Thea Morris and congratulations on your pioneering spirit in this first cohort. Let's continue to build on the insights and skills you have gained. To kick things off, I invite you to briefly introduce yourself and share in the comments: What is a key insight you have gained about measuring inner development during the training? I look forward to hearing your reflections and sparking new discussions with all members of our community.
