I have to admit I have been rubbish and totally unmotivated! I’m on holiday until Wednesday but really do need a kick up the backside!

My biggest fitness goal is to build strength 💪 I like most types of exercise and aiming to do my first 10k in October. I also enjoy spending time with family and my 2 grandgirls aged 2 and 4 😊
