How do we feel about Champion Homes? There’s a manufacturing facility in Indiana close to me. I don’t care for them but wanted to get everyone else’s opinions.

How are people measuring/diagramming/marking out sites for infill? In my state (PA) we have to drill and pour concrete footers. So for my permits (and for my excavation guys) I have to diagram exactly where the home will go in my lot and then identify exactly where the footers need to be poured in order to fit the home properly and comply with footer spacing requirements, etc. Granted I’m a beginner, but this has turned out to be unexpectedly time consuming, and I can’t imagine people doing lots of infill are going through this process for every single lot. Or are they? @Kyle Grimm you always seem to be moving homes in, what say you?

I make maps of my parks in Canva to visualize my parks in real time. I find it helpful for my contractors such as lawncare to have maps with real time occupancy. Does anyone know if there is a better way to do this? I use Rent Manager for my management software & curious if anyone has seen or built anything that pulls data from RM and updates a map? In the storage facility software world, this is common. I have found it extremely helpful when you're on the phone with someone trying to explain where a certain home is.
