There has been a lot of talk recently about what shinpads everyone prefers and I just had some deco atti sleeved ones arrive! I won them in a giveaway hosted by @Dean White which is pretty cool - I actually think they are planning on doing a J4K giveaway in the future! 👏 I’ll let you know my thoughts once I wear them - first thoughts are that they feel very comfortable and offer good protection - definitely much better than those tiny ones the pros wear 🤣

So I posted a week or so ago about Kingsley (my son) getting picked to play the cobham cup…. Not only did he play it he picked up player of the tournament!! They were runners up in the end. This morning he’s off to Bournemouth to play the cherries cup and given how inconsistent Bournemouth are playing currently I half expect him to get called up instead of Petro for Monday nights clash at Brighton 😂 5 ish months into his goalkeeping journey and not even 2 years on from ever kicking a ball. Proud dad 🧤💙

Following my last post this morning, we’ve had a right day of football! Cherries cup this morning at AFC Bournemouth performance centre dome. 4 games, 4 victories, 1 goal conceded, cup taken home!!! Straight onto to Eastleigh for his JPL game. 5-1 winners!!! 5 matches 2 goals conceded. Not a bad outing for the boy…. Of course rocked the J4K snood and gloves all day 🧤💙
