Can I ask you something a little different? 🤍
This isn’t directly tied to what we’re currently working through in the Academy, but it’s something that’s been on my mind lately... I’ve had a lot of personal experience navigating grief. I've been around a lot of death in my life by the age of 32 (I'm 36 now), including losing some very important people; my grandmother (the only present grandparent I ever had), my favourite aunt... my mom and my dad… and I've learned to develop a resilience to this, not just in the emotional sense, not by shoving it down and ignoring it (this causes health problems), but in learning how connection changes after someone passes. It becomes something that deepens your relationship with a loved one even after they're gone. Even if some time has passed. Over time, I’ve learned from my grief and have come to understand it in a way that actually brings me a lot of peace, reassurance, and closeness to my loved ones even if there was trauma or toxicity within the relationship. Not in a “chasing signs” or needing constant reassurance that they're always with me kind of way… but something more grounded and steady and also has a lot of depth and healing attached to it. (It actually does kind of bridge into what we are learning right now). Like: - feeling close without needing proof - understanding when something is real from them vs when it’s coming from longing - not feeling like the relationship just… ended - continuing your relationship in a spiritual way - overcoming any resentment or shame around the relationship - having a closer connection than you would have ever had with their living person It’s something that’s helped me a lot when I first found out my mom and dad were dying at the same time... Their deaths empowered me to live life to the fullest and were the catalyst behind my biggest spiritual awakening and awakening of my supernatural gifts. It led me to becoming a spiritual coach and ultimately your headmistress... I’ve been sitting with whether this is something I should share more openly or create space for at some point.

Thank you for sharing so openly and vulnerably Holly, I'm so sorry you have gone through so much grief but that's amazing that you have adopted a more accepting positive perspective on this now and are still able to connect but in an even deeper way and it led to you creating something so amazing! I am sure they are very proud of you. Yes please I would definitely like to learn how to understand and deepen my connection to my passed loved ones. Especially my Nan and Grandad, I had lost many aunties and uncles before and some of those did upset me, some I didn't know well enough but the loss of my grandad 7 years ago now who I was/am super close to felt like a wrecking ball had crashed into my heart and my world had fell apart. I was 14 and in school when I received the news. I've never cried so much in my life, every single day I sobbed. Then I lost pets so more wounds to my heart. Then last year as you will remember as I shared in this community my Nan passed and that was a complex grief because it involved forms of anticipatory grief too and the way she suddenly passed was traumatic. When she passed it brought up the not fully processed grief of my Grandad. Not only that trying to support my Mum through losing her parents too has been really hard. All while still trying to stay focused and afloat at uni. I am constantly looking and asking for signs and like you say sometimes I do wonder if it's it's just my longing and desperation making me see things. I don't know sometimes which signs are from them and which are from my angels/guides or other spirits either. I do think spirituality may have helped me reach a sense of acceptance quicker though. Like I say a bit like how you say your parents passing was your spiritual catalyst, my Nan's death last year was definitely a catalyst to accelerating and deepening my spiritual awakening to a whole new level. So I feel very blessed she has done that for me whether intentionally or not. It had started before she passed but it's only when she passed I started seeing signs regularly and different signs. I've had Mediumship readings since she passed so knowing she is okay and still close by and sounds very much like the character she was lol is a comfort. I don't find myself crying about it anymore but I do feel the sadness and longing still.
🏆WEEK ONE HOUSE CHALLENGE: THE SIGN SPOTTERS🕵️‍♀️
This is our FIRST house challenge! HOW EXCITING!! This week the houses are competing to see who is MOST tuned in to the universe. Your mission is simple: Collect signs. Every synchronicity, every repeating pattern, every moment that felt like too much of a coincidence to be coincidence — log it, share it, and bring it back here to earn points for your house. What counts as a sign: - Repeating number sequences — 111, 222, 333 and beyond - A word, theme, or symbol that keeps showing up in different places - A song that played at exactly the right moment - A conversation that answered a question you were holding - An animal, image, or object that felt significant - Anything that made you stop and say — that is not a coincidence How it works: Use this post to drop your signs as they arrive throughout the week. Every entry your house collects contributes to the Quarter Cup. The house that brings in the most signs, synchronicities, and intuitive confirmations by Friday wins the week. Bonus points for the house that identifies the most recurring theme across all their members' signs. What is the universe saying to your house collectively this week? 🗡️ House of Swords — you see what others rationalise away. This week trust what your mind catches before it explains it. 🔥 House of Wands — you move on instinct. This week slow down enough to record what you usually act on without noticing. 🌊 House of Cups — you feel the signs before you see them. This week name what your body registers before your emotions translate it. 🌍 House of Pentacles — you notice patterns in the physical world. This week pay attention to what keeps appearing in your environment. Note: The directives in the comments have each been added to your weekly directive tab inside your respective house common rooms. 📌 Enrollment Required You must be enrolled as a student to access the Intuitive Alchemy Method and the different departments of study & to participate in house challenges. 👉 Click HERE to upgrade your plan and enroll

@Deana Conde Garza oh wow that's an amazing and very clever way of the universe bringing your awareness to your lack of Vitamin B12 in order to guide you to improve your health and wellbeing, yes definitely an essential vitamin which supports your overall health! That's great you took the first step to increase your B12 with a big nutritious breakfast

Saw 2:22 today :) - House of Swords
Healing for my son Lex.
Can you all send some high vibes for my son. He just had one of the worst seizures I have ever witnessed today… at freaking 1:11 of all times! He resists treatment because he wants to pretend he doesn’t have the issue. He is 26… and has dealt with this issue his entire life because I followed the freaking instructions of the medical system. Today was hard for me emotionally… I feel so bad, I have to watch his body contort uncontrollably as he falls out on the floor and It just kills me! My heart… ugh… 😩😭😤I’m so mad at these pharmaceutical companies and quack doctors that pushed this poison on my baby! So send me some high vibes too if you don’t mind.

Oh Sybil I am so sorry your son is going through this. It must be so hard watching your baby suffering and in pain, even at 26 he will always still be your baby I'm sure. I really hope things calm down for him and his health improves very soon. Sending Love, Light and Healing to you both
The 4-Part Decision Clarity Ritual
Been going back and forth on a decision lately? Feeling stuck, foggy, or like you're spinning in circles? That’s not a “you” problem. It’s a nervous system problem — and today’s ritual resets it. Here’s what’s actually happening when you can’t decide:Your prefrontal cortex (logic brain) and your limbic system (fear brain) are in a standoff. Add stress hormones and your thinking literally narrows. You’re not indecisive. You’re dysregulated. And here’s the part most people miss — you can’t access clarity or aligned decisions from a dysregulated state.Manifestation doesn’t come from forcing outcomes. It comes from the state you’re in when you choose. When your system is calm, your perspective widens. When your perspective widens, you can actually hear your intuition. And that’s where aligned decisions — and outcomes — come from. The fix? A 10-minute ritual. In order. Every time. 🧠 Step 1: Settle (2 min) Box breathing — inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4. This isn't just calming. It's neurological. You're activating your parasympathetic nervous system and bringing your prefrontal cortex back online so you can actually think. 🫀 Step 2: Sense (2 min) Before your brain weighs in — your body already knows. Close your eyes. Bring each option to mind. Notice: does your chest tighten or open? Does your stomach settle or drop? These are somatic markers — your ventromedial prefrontal cortex doing pattern recognition you haven't consciously caught up to yet. 🧭 Step 3: Select (3 min) Run each option through your Values Filter. Ask: Does this align with who I'm becoming — or who I think I should be? Values alignment = future satisfaction. Misalignment = internal war. It's that simple. 🔭 Step 4: Scale (3 min) Apply the 10/10/10 Check (Suzy Welch): How will I feel about this in 10 minutes? 10 months? 10 years? Short-term fear collapses fast when you zoom out to long-term truth. Save this post. Save the graphic. Use it the next time you're stuck. You don't need more time. You need more signal. 🖤

I really struggle so much with decision making including the smallest decisions and I end up so overwhelmed by too many options. Thank you for this Shwetha 🙏
