📌🆕✨Identity Alchemy Challenge🔥Week Four: Identity Stabilization
Three weeks done. And something has shifted, even if you cannot fully articulate it yet. You observed. You defined. You embodied. You did this work inside a real life that did not pause, did not slow down, and did not make it easy. And you kept showing up anyway. Now we finish it. 🔥 This week is not about learning anything new. It is about making what you have built permanent. Week four is where the new identity stops being something you are practicing and becomes something you simply are. Where it starts to feel stranger to go back to old habits than it does to stay the course. Where the return, when life inevitably pulls you off track, becomes faster, more automatic, and less effortful every single time. That is stabilization. And it does not mean perfection. It does not mean the old patterns never surface. It means the new identity has become the default operating mode. The place you come back to. The baseline your nervous system now recognizes as home. This week we are also going to face the thing that ends most people's progress: the moment the challenge is over, the dopamine fades, the novelty wears off, and there is no external structure holding you accountable anymore. That moment is coming. And this week we prepare for it deliberately, so that when it arrives you do not need this tracker or this challenge to keep going. You have already become the person who shows up anyway. 📅 Here is what Week 4 covers: Day 22: Personal Rhythm Finding the pace that is sustainable beyond this challenge. Not the pace you forced yourself into for 28 days — the one that actually fits your life and keeps you moving forward. Day 23: Identity Under Stress You have practiced this before. Now you come back to it with three weeks of muscle memory behind you. The response available to you now is different. Day 24: Identity During Disruption When life interrupts — and it will — this is how you self-lead. Not waiting for motivation to return. Not waiting for the right conditions. Leading from the new identity regardless of what is happening around you.

⚜️Welcome to Day 24 of the ✨Identity Alchemy Challenge!🔥 The question was never whether your routine would get interrupted, because it will. It is what your identity does when it happens and how fast you return back to baseline. 📖 Core Teaching Day 24: Life is going to disrupt you. Not as an exception to this process, but as part of it. A schedule falls apart. A crisis hits. Grief shows up uninvited. Your whole environment shifts overnight. Life simply just happens. This is not a failure of the work you have done. This is exactly the moment the work was for. The old identity used disruption as an excuse to abandon everything. Disruption meant the structure was gone, so why bother. It was the path of least resistance back into old patterns and it felt justified, because everything felt so chaotic that holding onto anything new seemed impossible. Excuses... The new identity does not require perfect conditions to exist. It does not need you to be 100% stable, regulated, and on schedule to still be real. It finds the smallest expression of itself in whatever moment is available and practices that. Even one non-negotiable. Even one ritual carried through, no matter how small. That is enough to keep your nervous system signaling safety instead of chaos. And here is something important: relapse into old patterns is always possible. Always. Those old patterns were often formed when you were young and had no other way to survive, which means they are deeply wired. There is no version of this work where they disappear permanently and never resurface. But that does not mean the work has failed. It means you have a plan for what to do when they do resurface. Your response to disruption is not about what is happening to you. It is about how you experience it. The same crisis can be lived through two completely different nervous systems; one that gets swept into old coping mechanisms, and one that can observe, this is happening, it hurts, and I am not going back to who I was to survive it. That is not bypassing the pain. It is meeting it from a more grounded, more resourced place.
🌸Mid-June Energy Update: Things are starting to take off!🚀
I wanted to do a mid month energy update for the month of June! Let me know your thoughts. For a lot of you, the first half of 2026 was internal. Heavy. Quiet in the ways that matter most. You were doing the work and showing up, shifting beliefs, rewiring patterns, building new habits, but the outside of your life hadn't caught up yet. You kept going anyway. That's the part nobody talks about. The season where you're doing everything right and it still looks the same. Where you're becoming someone different but your circumstances haven't gotten the memo. That season is now ending. Mid-June is where the internal work starts to express itself externally. The momentum you built, slowly, quietly, sometimes painfully, has reached a tipping point. It's heavy enough now that it moves on its own. You don't have to push it anymore. You just have to stay in alignment with it. Here's what that actually looks like: relief in places that felt pressured. Opportunities that feel like they found you. A version of yourself showing up more consistently, even on hard days, than the old version ever did. But there's a catch. This is also the exact moment most people self-sabotage. Not because they're broken or there's something wrong with them. Because their nervous system doesn't recognize the new level yet. Things start to move fast, life gets activated, and the old identity gets loud. And without the right container, people retreat back to what's familiar and wonder what happened to all that momentum. I want to jump out of my skin...
I just want to talk about what I'm experiencing at this point in the Identity Alchemy Challenge. Day 23/28: We are getting close to the end now and everything is going according to schedule and my body is literally feeling the gradual shifts that haven taken place. The work is compounding and now the body is catching up to the work we've done up until now. I want to start by saying, It feels VERY uncomfortable to have more time and energy. It's like my mania wants to kick in a spend it all like a kid with too much money in a candy shop. I want to GOOO even when I'm meant to be still. My body spent its whole life being overactivated and in overdrive. This is part of living with bipolar. It's been my mission to manage my bipolar by giving myself structure and managing my energy intentionally and my body simply wants to get up go go go go. So much is coming up that hasn't been processed over the years and it has triggered my PTSD symptoms, to be honest. My time in the military suppressed parts of my identity that didn't have the space or acknowledgement to be processed so it got shoved down. Im at a point in my life, many years later, that I'm able to now process it. My nervous system is already always activated from a biological stand point so things compound quickly when living with bipolar. It's like always being turned on and the military trauma added to this and made it MUCH worse. Part of finding myself outside of the military, is managing the need to operate from hyper vigilance and urgency. I'm VERY aware of when I'm activated and even now as I type, I'm speeding up while typing and feeling the tension and speed rise as autopilot starts to take over simply by talking about this. What has been helpful for me is to intentionally SLOW DOWN as often as I can but ESPECIALLY when I notice things start to become rapid like my talking or my thoughts, or when I feel like I can't sit still. This creates the sensation of wanting to jump out of my skin. I'm developing the discipline to overcome this and so the work is working but it has been HARD.
