I have a real struggle to look at Facebook as I automatically gravitate towards Instagram. What is it about FB that it feels like an effort and jungle for me? And I know that my clients are there as well. I will make a January effort that by default I open and engage on FB first. Currently WhatsApp groups and direct messages are the most effective to nurture my community.

Scheduling my post on social media for the rest of 2025, so I do not have to use my phone while on holiday.

I might actually use my phone for a useful video content for months ahead in 2026 - part of my batching the content:-)
🥦 The Secret Connection Between Broccoli & Money 💰
In every offer, there’s the broccoli — the thing people need, but don’t naturally want. And then there’s the bacon — the part that makes them crave the experience. (I mean, meat eater.) Broccoli = the real work. Bacon = the desire, the dream outcome, the irresistible wrapper. Most creators try to sell raw broccoli. But people don’t buy what they need. They buy what feels exciting, fast, or effortless. 👉 The goal is to wrap the hard thing in something people love. When that happens, the money follows. People pay for desire, not discipline. So let’s talk: 🥦 What’s the “broccoli” in your offer? (the part people resist) 🧡 What’s the “bacon”? (the part that makes them want it) TO DO LIST: 1. Answer with TWO SEPARATE GIFs and 2. GUESS WHAT OTHERS POSTED, what is their broccoli and bacon! If you have no clue, answer with a 🤔emoji UNDER EVERY POST 3. LIKE EVERY POST!

Almost:-) The Broccoli in my fitness practice is a "Fear" - new person to fitness worried about failure, capability, accountability..... and the bacon is "Yes" - I got it, I can make it, it make sense, I am making progress, I feel motivated, the shift is happening....
