Today is the first day of September and the first day of Spring here in the Southern Hemisphere... a beautiful time for new beginnings. 🌱 So, I would love to invite you to join me on a Journey of Gratitude for the month of September. 🙏 We all know how powerful gratitude can be, but sometimes the simplest practices can make the greatest difference. ✨ How does our Gratitude Journey work? Each day throughout September, come into the Village and share one thing you are grateful for that day. It can be something big or something beautifully simple... A person A moment A lesson A sunrise A conversation Your health A challenge that helped you grow Or simply being here today. 💜 I encourage you to choose something different each day. By the end of September, imagine having 30 different reminders of how much there is to be grateful for. And there is one more part to our journey... 🌿 When you share your gratitude, take a moment to read what someone else has shared. Leave them a comment, a heart, or a few words of encouragement. Because gratitude is beautiful on its own... But gratitude shared creates connection. 💜 So let us begin. 🌸 DAY 1: What are you grateful for today? Share yours below. 🙏
