What legacy or impact do you want to leave behind?
For the past few months, I have been really reflecting on this question. I am always inspired with the experiences, wisdom and the vision that the women here in the community is sharing. And with that, I am now looking into putting more thoughts and intention on determining what legacy I want to leave behind. Would you like to share what is the legacy that you wish to leave behind in this world? Or what was the moment that made you realize, oh this is the legacy I want to leave behind. 💖

67 & Showing Up Fully
Hello Sacred U family. My name is Sreelatha Meleth, and I am a somatic transformational life coach and the founder of Freeing Ourselves, based in Atlanta, Georgia. I found my way here through a collaboration call in the Serving Circle community, and the moment I read what Sacred U stands for, I knew I had found my people. I lost my mother in a plane crash when I was 19. She was my closest friend, and she was gone in eight minutes. That loss cracked something open in me that took decades to fully understand. It sent me on a journey through an arranged marriage, raising children in the Middle East, three advanced degrees, a corporate career where I kept asking the inconvenient questions that nobody wanted asked, and eventually, after all of that, back to myself. I am 67 now. And for the first time in my life I am done waiting for permission to want what I want. The work I do with women is rooted in 18 years of lived experience and somatic practice. I work with high achieving women who are earning, showing up, building, and quietly bracing underneath it all. Women who have tried therapy, journaling, and mindset work and still find themselves hitting the same ceiling. Because the pattern does not live in your thoughts. It lives in your nervous system. And that is exactly where we work. I am here for deep connection and real collaboration. I have also applied for speaking opportunities within this community because I believe that what I carry is meant to be shared in spaces exactly like this one. I am so glad to be here. I cannot wait to meet you all.

The Unapologetic Woman
f you're a heart-centered entrepreneur who has done the mindset work, the journaling, the therapy, the courses, and still find yourself hitting the same ceiling, I want to share something with you. The pattern doesn't live in your thoughts. It lives in your nervous system. And that's exactly where we work. I'm Sreelatha Meleth, a somatic transformational coach, and on September 26th I'm hosting a free 90-minute masterclass called The Unapologetic Woman. This is for the woman who is successful by every measure and quietly exhausted underneath it all. The woman who shows up, delivers, and still lies awake at night bracing for what comes next. In this masterclass we're going to get to the root of why high-achieving women stay stuck in survival mode, and what it actually takes to shift out of it for good. Not more strategies. Not more pushing. Something that goes much deeper than that. 📅 September 26th ⏰ 3:00 - 4:30pm ET 💻 Free to attend 👉 sreemeleth.com/unapologetic If this speaks to something you recognise in yourself or someone in your circle, come join us. I'd love to see you there. 🌺

What are three intentions you want to set for this new week?
Let me start here... 1. I want to be intentional with my time this week. As much as I want to be productive, I also want to set some time just for me. 2. One of my intentions for this week is also to eat healthier. Too much fast food last week 😆 3. I also want to be able to do more walking this week. Been stuck on my chair most of the time last week. Overall, I want this week to be productive and full of movement. What about you? 🥰
