First you start with woman push ups then you move to normal then you move to diamond and clap then archer then pike and then elevated pike and then handstand push ups
You can't keep yourself motivated all the time you just gotta do what you gotta do and that's discipline. If you can perform regardless of is happening and you don't have motivation that's it you have to build discipline not motivation
Yo guys can someone give some tips on fl pull ups because my friend is stuck on full front hold and presses and can't get any further but he has the strength to.( He is om easy 12 sec fl and he can press it 3 times.)
