Hey all, I finally snagged a large fish. I have a client needing 80 acres cleared out and they have majority of mesquite, hackberry and cotton wood. I am curious what everyone else would would quote to clear it compared to my crew day sheet. Client request: Remove all trees from 80 acre property. Mulching is fine and dont need cleanup as it can be left behind. They will be using the land later for cattle to roam and graze but not for another year. They have roughly 120 trees peppered throughout the land and only the trees are the primary goal. Not the entire 80 acres is full of trees so it could end up being more around 60acres. Distance: Job will be 113 miles to get to and very remote. Land surrounding is flat land and no hills, rivers, or canyons. Access is easy right off am Fm road. I will be heading to location this weekend to get more accurate photos and drone footage to see what I'm dealing with. I am just curious how yall would quote this out as this is so far the biggest job I will have.

AALLLLLLRIGHT. I’m about sick of Google Business Profile. I’ve had 2 accounts suspended now for “deceptive content” I put my home address as the address, well, because I do everything from here. Named on GBP as “Black Ridge Forestry Mulching” connected my Facebook page with the same exact name, same exact logo on GBP an Facebook, provided my phone number on both platforms, put a fairly simple description of service in tbe GBP description. I filed an appeal, denied. So now, I have to provide my LLC, (filed as “Black Ridge Forestry Mulching LLC” because the llc site made me, but operating in the EIN documents as “Black Ridge Forestry Mulching” sooo I’m not sure if that will raise flags with Google? Im sure I’ll have to jump through 10000 more hoops to “prove” to Google I’m not a lying scammer. Anyone have any tips or experience with this same issue? If so, what do you do to fix this?

What did you do on your video to get Google verified? It is telling me to show my cash register and store front signage. It is being reviewed by AI, so you can state in the video that you are a service provider and don't have these things.

Howdy all, I recently took a call from Lacey Wagner with W&S Contractors. They are needing 5 acres cleared. The land has a lot of scrap metal needing hauled off and once scrap metal is cleared they need the overgrowth cleared and leveled for a truck stop. The client requested a dozer and excavator for the job. The job is located in Van Horn, TX and this is 5 hours away from my current location. I have not given any quote as this is well beyond my coverage and I would not be able to fulfill theirs needs given the distance. Is anyone close by Van Horn, TX and interested in this bid?
