80 Acre Lead: Looking For Help To Quote It

Hey all,

I finally snagged a large fish. I have a client needing 80 acres cleared out and they have majority of mesquite, hackberry and cotton wood. I am curious what everyone else would would quote to clear it compared to my crew day sheet.

Client request:

Remove all trees from 80 acre property. Mulching is fine and dont need cleanup as it can be left behind. They will be using the land later for cattle to roam and graze but not for another year. They have roughly 120 trees peppered throughout the land and only the trees are the primary goal. Not the entire 80 acres is full of trees so it could end up being more around 60acres.

Distance:

Job will be 113 miles to get to and very remote. Land surrounding is flat land and no hills, rivers, or canyons. Access is easy right off am Fm road.

I will be heading to location this weekend to get more accurate photos and drone footage to see what I'm dealing with. I am just curious how yall would quote this out as this is so far the biggest job I will have.
