Kya aap waqai thak gaye hain ya aapka dimagh aap se jhoot bol raha hai?
David Goggins apni mashoor book "Can't Hurt Me" mein ek concept batata hai jisay wo "The 40% Rule" kehta hai. Wo kehta hai ke jab aapka dimagh aap se kahe ke "bas ab thak gaya hoon," to asal mein aap ne apni capacity ka sirf 40% use kiya hota hai. Baqi 60% aapka mind (dimagh ki limit) rok kar betha hota hai. Lekin hamaray Deen ne humein is se bhi bari discipline sikhayi hai: Namaz-e-Fajr. Fajr ki discipline kya sikhati hai? Jab neend apne urooj (peak) par hoti hai aur nafs kehta hai "5 minute aur," tab uthna hi asal discipline hai. Wo 5 minute ki "Hustle" aapke andar ke us nafs ko tor deti hai jo aapko agay barhne se rok raha hai. Discipline ka matlab kya hai? Dil nahi kar raha? Phir bhi bidding karo. Thakawat ho rahi hai? Phir bhi journal likho. Neend aa rahi hai? Phir bhi lecture complete karo. Goggins isay "Callousing the mind" (dimagh ko sakht karna) kehta hai, aur hamara Deen isay "Nafs par qabu" kehta hai. Jo banda subah Fajr ke waqt apne nafs ko hara deta hai, uske liye din bhar mein Upwork ke rejection ko harana koi bari baat nahi!

šŸŒ„ My Goals - - Sharp my Skill Video Editing and Land My First Client Within 30 Days - No Skipping of Prayers are allowed (aj kal namaz miss horhi hai , i am working on it ) - Stay Humble Short recap - yeh journal kal upload karna tha but net nahi tha area mai toh abhi kar rha hu aj wala 12 am par karuga Sleep Log : I Didn't sleep from tomorrow maine kal sleep shedule fix karna tha isi liye kal nahi soya par aj bhi neend nhi ayi pura din How was the day ? Good, I Prayed all the prayers today! Meri Haroon bhai se bat hui finally related hiring me so i can get experience and exposure! Overall day was good Day: - 12AM - 1AM : Write tomorrow's Journal aur uske sath chai pee Phr discord par Laksh bhai ka challenge accept kiya aur uska deadline time 24 hours tha but maine unhe 5AM se pehle dene ka kehdiya - 1 AM - 3 AM : I edited the reel "5 min ki video ko under 60 seconds karna tha aur funny banana tha" How was the video? (That was good, sabne appreciate kiya) - 3 AM - 4 AM : Usually mai rat ko aik reel edit karne k baad rest karta hu ya 1-2 ghante scrolling mai time waste karta hu (Mind fresh k liye) But aj maine us time ko Camera Movements and 3D Layers ko seekhne mai lagaya and apna RotoBrush bhi use kiya aur aik reel banayi 10 seconds ki (Both the videos are attached with the journal) - 4 AM - 5 AM : 3D Video around 4 50 finish hui thi phr maine usy dekha review kiya toh mujhe boht achi lagi but next time aur improve kruga - 5 AM - 6 AM : Ab maine thora rest lene ka socha kyu k i was so happy k aj 2 reels edit ki aur boht kuch seekha toh maine kuch der youtube par transitions and preset k barey mai search kiya aur videos dekhin aur seeekha k transitions plug-in kese work karte hain aur Preset kaise banate hain apni Adjustments ka Phr thora community chalaya aur sath mai reels dekhi insta par 5 40 par azan hui toh paani garam kiya aur wuudu karke Fajar parhi! - 6 AM - 7 AM : yeh woh time tha k mera dil kar raha tha sojau but mai sona nahi chahta tha kyu k maine raat ko soo kar routine fix karni thi

Facing Procrastination
It’s been a week since my MID EXAMS, and honestly, I’ve been feeling really lazy. Because of that, I keep putting off most of my tasks. Even my journaling has suffered instead of writing every day, I end up skipping and then forcing myself to write two entries at once. Doing that feels heavy and overwhelming, and I lose the ease that comes with writing daily. šŸ”“Kindly guide me on how to reduce procrastination.

Today was a calm and reflective day. I focused on keeping my thoughts clear and my actions intentional. I tried to avoid unnecessary distractions and reminded myself that consistency, even in small efforts, builds discipline over time. I spent time thinking about personal growth and self-improvement. Patience remained an important lesson today—understanding that progress does not always show immediate results, but steady effort never goes to waste. I remained grateful for the blessings of health, clarity of mind, and the opportunity to learn something new each day. I made a conscious effort to stay honest in my thoughts and actions, knowing that truth brings inner peace and strength. As the day ended, I reflected on my shortcomings without self-criticism and resolved to do better tomorrow. I aim to wake up with renewed intention, stronger focus, and a sincere commitment to improvement. Prayers - Fajr - Zuhr - Asr - Maghrib - Isha
