Hey everyone ๐๐ป I am building a community calledย Rooted & Wild.ย It's foundation is based around plant-based eating and healing with real and whole foods. Annnnd I am hosting my first FREE 14-day challenge!! 2 week plant-based re-set ๐ค๐ป EASY PEASY just the way I like to keep it ๐ชปAlrightโฆ Iโm doing something simple and I want ๐ซต๐ป YOU in if you want / need it. No fancy ingredients. No complicated recipes. No starting over 12 times. Just 10 ingredients and 14 days. Real meals. Real life. No overthinking. This is for the ones who feel stuck. For the ones who don't know where to start. For the ones who need a little help figuring out what the heck to cook! The ones tired of thinking about food all day loonnnggg (THIS used to be me. While eating breakfast I was already thinking about what I was going to make for dinner ๐) The ones who just want to feel better without making it so damn complicated!!! Iโll be eating this way right alongside you. Sharing a complete shopping list (think 10 ingredients used in ALLLLLL the ways) and 14 days worth of recipes โ brekkie, lunch, dinner, and of course snacky snacks! I'm sharing it all!
