It’s been very sleepy week for me and by that I mean having really hard time waking up in the morning and I let it be, after so many years I’m finally learning how to listen to my body. I mean my epic brain making some serious action fantasy movies in my dreams- no wonder I need extra sleep time haha Anyways… the rest of the day starting from our call today at 1 pm till 9pm I spent on laptop attending practicum workshops and mandatory class for school with a quick dinner break- school takes a lot of time 🥴 But, all vitamins in 🫡✅ Water intake was okay, coffee won over today! And got 30 min walk around the block with little one 🐶 Got my “Mental Bank Ledger” going- if anyone interested to know about it would love to share (something I learned at HMI college when I was 101 student and been doing it since then- great for creating positive habits) Will skip meditation and hypnosis tonight- didn’t manage “before bed” time well enough 😴 Thank You so much @Philip Folsom 🔥 for the workshop today 🙌🏼
