Hi, on Pull day it says to do 8-12 reps of pull ups for 3 sets, and if its too hard then do negatives. The thing is I can do like 4 reps for 3 sets so should I just do that or just do negatives? feels like doing 8 negatives might not be the best option if I can do 4 proper ones.. what do you advise?

I personally would do 4 reps 4 negatives if possible to reach the 8 total reps

Thanks everyone I'm dealing with day to night switch shift with my family and everything it's been a lot but I woke up an hour earlier and did it today I plan to do it tomorrow as well.. it's a bit much but I just have to change my routine up a bit and I think I will get it
Holding The Handstand
Any advices to find the balance to hold a handstand for as long as you possibly can? I’ve tried almost everything, I’ve try the wall method and the one foot kicks to the wall but I just can’t find that balance to hold the handstand, and I know i’m strong enough because I can do a lot of repetitions of pike push ups and when I use the wall to help me hold myself in a handstand position I can hold it for almost 1 minute but when I try to do it without the wall, I just can’t hold it for longer than 3 seconds. Does anyone have any advices?

Check it out here Here is the link to the list. https://www.amazon.com/shop/cobrasthenics
