Update/Journal
I have just come of a 3 week outdoor course which meant I had no time for serious trading but I did lots of running press ups and Russian twists on the course, ended with a half marathon on the last day, been a few days and im gonna do some workouts before I head on a work trip for a week starting sat, Even though I haven’t been able to be as focused on my calisthenics at the moment I’m feeling pretty good about getting properly stuck into it once I’m back from the work trip. Something I learnt on my course is that it is more about enjoying the process and showing up rather than results and that’s what I’m going to focus on.

The workout PDF
Hi, on Pull day it says to do 8-12 reps of pull ups for 3 sets, and if its too hard then do negatives. The thing is I can do like 4 reps for 3 sets so should I just do that or just do negatives? feels like doing 8 negatives might not be the best option if I can do 4 proper ones.. what do you advise?

@M H I did pull day today, I used a resistance band for assistance when doing pull ups. I think what I will do is 4 normal pull ups then 4 assisted, then try to do 4 normal pull ups again.

I’m new to the world of calisthenics, but I’m excited to learn and grow.
