I just received a message from a member saying that they were contacted by someone impersonating me and using a fake email. The FAKE email is [email protected] Please do NOT respond to any of their emails. Also let me know if there is any user in Skool trying to promote their “services”. Thank you to anyone that has warned me about a profile, I ban every suspicious profile to keep this community a safe space!

How to make coloring pages from your book?
How does everyone make coloring pages from your book? I used an illustrator for the designs in my children's book. How is everyone making coloring pages? I just have a PDF of my book files.

I can't locate the program that I used as it was a year ago, but I did a lot of Google searching. I believe Canva might have one, although I don't know if it's free. I only have the free version of Canva. I did find another program - https://colorbliss.com/photo-to-coloring-page-converter#demo This does a decent job if you copy and paste the end product since I didn't find a good way to download the picture. But this is what I'll use until I find another.

@Deb Hockenberry I've also put printable mazes on my website for people to download, as well as word searches. I tried to make some easy for the littles and then a little more difficult for older children. Not that I'll have anyone looking at those, but it's worth a try. Everything I found was free. Introduction
Hello everyone. I'm Jennifer M Perkins and have self-published 3 children's picture books. I'm currently working on a YA fantasy. I write under another name for adult genres (romance and suspense). Unfortunately, because I write under another name, my children's books aren't getting shown. All of the social media companies are making it difficult for me to get my children's books shown. I don't know if anyone has come across this and could give me some advice. I'm thrilled to be here and to learn.

Amazon's a joke!
I've published 44 children's illustrated books on Amazon, have a website, socials... all to no avail. I mean, everything is against you on Amazon: Self published books are too expensive, profit margin dismal, to get in the top 10 of a niche is a catch 22... About to go with digital narrated downloads on Fourthwall with Genially puzzles and quiz add on. The return is higher, the cost to the consumer a quarter of a book price. A win-win? I hope.

@Joseph Bowens, CLP Hi Joseph. I think you're asking about free ISBNs? If you use Amazon's free ISBNs, you can't sell your book on any other platform.
