H — Honor: Notice one emotion that is sitting closest to the surface today. Don’t judge it or try to fix it — simply acknowledge it. O — Observe: What story is your mind attaching to that emotion? Ask yourself, “Is this a memory, a fear, or a fact?” P — Practice: Choose one small shift — a breath, a pause, a kinder thought, a different tone with yourself. Let the shift be small but intentional. E — Engage: Do one thing that supports your well-being today. It could be a five-minute break, drinking water, stepping outside, journaling, or giving yourself permission to rest.
