Hi, I had understood that the amazon ads videos were going to be 1/2 a credit but they show as 1. Was that changed?

I did I snapshot of it. I get the idea of it but the perception is she is smoking. Help!

Did the time it takes to create a video increase? I don't remember it being almost 20 minutes. It's not an issue, especially if the change is creating better videos, but just curious if something changed.
