Hi DebbieAnn, Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the runaround. This one was on us, nothing you did wrong. The slideshow builder picks a background photo for each slide, and for this book it kept landing on the same oversized photo every time. That photo was too large for our system to load, so the render stopped at the same point on every attempt. That is why trying again gave you the identical result instead of a different one. Two things worth knowing: You were not charged for any of the failed attempts. The email you got was right about that, and your credits are untouched. Your last attempt did go through. It is sitting in your library now, so you should not need to run it again. Now that we know the cause we can stop it happening to anyone else. Sorry it took a few goes to get there. Mike

Hi Nancy, My (and others) TikTok videos are starting to pick up in views, so I think this might be isolated to you. I would recommend that you keep posting manually and not via API. Also, make sure you're spending 10 minutes a day acting like a normal human being on your TikTok channel, so liking videos, commenting on posts, sharing, etc. Remove any sort of shadow ban that you may still have, but we haven't heard from anyone else getting the zero views. Please let me know if it continues, so we can look further into it.
