Video title obscures book!
The video title in the beginning obscures the face of the book! It would be nice to have the option of the videos not have the video title on the video. It really serves no purpose and is really annoying. The subtitles are fine. It's the additional title that comes up with the subtitles in the beginning that is annoying. @Michael Langdon

Hey Mike, yeah, you can download the video without captions, which removes the captions and the title, so you can put your own on when you upload it to your own social media channels. Just got to "my videos" and click on "download without captions"

Video Creation in Bulk
I would like to start batching my videos - creating on one day for the entire week and then scheduling them. Right now I just create one video and post it. Is there a way to create more than 1 video at a time - say create 7 at once for the entire week? Or do I have to create them one by one? @Michael Langdon

Different creator than one selected
Hey there. Did UGC ad. Asked for a specific change to my creator. Liked her and went to save her, name her, etc. And then I ended up with the original creator I didn't want. Help! Thx! P.S. Also learned using something like Ha! def doesn't work right withthese ads. Would be cool if it did.

Hi Deborah, thanks for flagging both of these. You were right on both counts, and both were our bugs rather than anything you did. On the creator. When you asked for a change and we showed you the updated person, we were only changing the preview picture. The description we actually build your video from never learned about your change, so when the video got made it went back to the original creator. Worse, the screen told you the opposite. Your instruction now carries all the way through, so the person you approve is the person who fronts the video. On "Ha!" Good catch, and a fair ask. A laugh isn't a word, so our checks couldn't see it and kept rejecting the take, which is why your line ended up swapped for something else. That's fixed too, so you can write a laugh into a line now and it will stay in. Both are live as of today, and we've thrown in an extra credit and a half, so you're not out of pocket. Sorry for the runaround, and genuinely useful feedback, thank you.

Hi Debra, you were right, and this one is on us. Teacher Lindsay was saved the day before our fix went in, so the glasses and wavy hair you asked for were on her picture but never saved with her, and the video went back to the original look. I've now added them to Teacher Lindsay, so your next video with her will be built with the glasses and wavy hair. I've also put the 1.5 credits for that video back on your account.

Avatar didn't create but Sonder told me to click continue
Hi, I was excited to try the create avatar feature for an Amazon Ad. However, it kept spinning until it said something to the effect of 'having issues..click continue'. (not those words exactly!). So I clicked [Continue] but the avator isn't right. It is a 30 year old women which implies the mother is at least 50 which isn't my demographic and the woman is smiling when my topic is self help. I would have changed the avator had I been able to see it. Now I have used credits for an amazon ad I really don't want to publish. Can something be done?

Hi Nancy, sorry we never replied here publicly. The 1.5 credits for that ad went back on your account on 4 September. And as of today, before you press Create you'll see "On camera" with your creator's picture, so you'll never pay for a person you haven't seen. If you want to change them, there's a Change button right there.
