"you should know them like the back of your hand," is what he continues to tell me after spending a week in Austin working with him to launch a new Land Clearing Business, I came back and went to work like a madman to track all of our leads Here's what I'm tracking: 1. where are the leads coming from? (paid vs. organic) 2. are the leads good leads? (are they actually interested in our service?) 3. how many site visits are we scheduling from the leads? 4. how many quotes are we sending from the leads? 5. how many jobs are we winning from the leads? 6. what is the average revenue (and Gross Profit) from each WON job? 7. what is our Cost Per Lead? 8.
