Today was full body at my weight lifting gym. Mt bf wanted to go to la fitness, so I did some walking and jogging on the treadmill afterwards. I’m gonna cook some chicken for lunch and for dinner, we’re going to Lawry’s for some prime rib. I’ll more than likely go on a walk this evening so that I can put all that Lawry’s prime rib to work lol

For lunch I had a small bowl with ground turkey, rice and broccoli. We went to Lawry’s and I got the California cut prime rib with mash and gravy. There were three of us, and shared a side of corn and Mac and cheese, plus we had cake with ice cream. It was so good in the moment but afterwards I felt so bloated lol I ended the evening with a 4 mile walk, which helped me not feel so stuffed.

We have reached the weekend again and the gameplan should still be the same. Get your healthy food in as your base, keep active by at least walking daily (hitting some workouts would be even more of a benefit too), drink your water, and stick to a plan of how you're gonna "treat yo'self". We ended up just going to our local taco truck. They also recently started making nopales, so I’m happy about that!!! The drink is pineapple water, my roommate and I share one because it’s so sweet, and even then my pineapple water drink is watered down lol I’ll be going on my walk afterwards.

I walked a mile and jogged a mile. I didn’t push myself too much, but still go out and moved. For dinner, I made ground turkey with some taco seasoning, avocado, broccoli and a bit of rice.

idk what happened between last night and tonight but I woke up with a cold. I did not go to the gym this morning and I’ll more than likely not go on my walk. I made my breakfast and protein shake. My coffee has some heavy cream and my collagen powder. I’ll drink my shake throughout the day. Also, I noticed now that I posted this on Tuesdays thread 🤣🤣🤣 What has helped me is taking pictures of what I’m eating and sharing them here. Lunch and breakfast

I was not gonna cook, but I forgot I had these thawing shrimp in the fridge. I made some pasta with asparagus. Alfredo/basil sauce. I don’t like pastas too saucy so I only use one serving I’ll probably go to bed every earlier than usual. Feeling slightly worse.

I’m having a protein shake for dinner, but I walked to red line station, took the train to universal and then walked up the hill. Afterwards, my bf and I went to La fitness, so I walked a mile on an incline. I’m happy with my step count today!
