38/90 Zero Limits: Overthinking Is Self Abandonment In Diguise
đŸ”„đŸ”„ Welcome Members to Day 38 — Overthinking Is Self-Abandonment in Disguise Today’s Focus is around: When you stop trusting your own knowing And today’s discussion is on How thinking replaces feeling Why intuition gets muted by fear The safety of “mental noise” Returning to embodied truth Today is a profound turning point — this is where you reclaim your inner authority and return from theToday is designed to dissolve overthinking at a cellular and identity level and restore embodied trust. “Question
When was the last time you knew what to do
and talked yourself out of it? You felt it in your body. You sensed the yes. You heard the quiet guidance. And then
your mind rushed in. ‘What if I’m wrong?’ ‘What if I fail?’ ‘What if I look silly?’ ‘What if this doesn’t work?’ So you started thinking. Replaying. Analysing. Doubting. Looping. And without realising it
you walked away from yourself. Because overthinking is not intelligence. It is self-abandonment. It is your nervous system saying:‘Feeling is unsafe. Let’s hide in thoughts.’ Thinking replaces feeling when feeling once led to pain. When trusting yourself once had consequences. When being intuitive wasn’t supported. So the mind became your shield. Mental noise became your safety. Busyness became your hiding place. And here’s what that steals
It steals confidence. It steals timing. It steals flow. It steals money. It steals self-trust. Because wealth responds to embodied authority. Not mental debate. Here is another set of questions for you
Where in your life have you stopped listening to yourself? Where do you already know the answer
but pretend you don’t? When did you decide your body couldn’t be trusted? Who taught you that logic was safer than truth? Feel that. No fixing. No judging
. Just noticing. Now take a breathe
Place your hand on your heart or belly somewhere that you feel things And repeat this yourself: ‘I trust my knowing.’ ‘I trust my signals.’ ‘I trust my timing.’ ‘I am safe in my intuition.’

37/90 Zero Limits Outcome Addiction: When Your Body Needs Guarantees
đŸ”„đŸ”„ Welcome Members to Day 37 — Outcome Addiction: When Your Body Needs Guarantees Todays Focus: - Why needing results first keeps you stuck - How attachment hijacks intuition - Why waiting for proof kills flow - The stress chemistry of “checking constantly” - Trust vs surveillance Today zero Limits to Release one outcome today “Let me ask you something honestly
How many times a day do you check? Check your phone. Check your bank. Check your messages. Check for signs. Check for proof. Not because you’re curious
Because your body is anxious. Because somewhere inside you learned: ‘I’m only safe when I know.’ ‘I’m only okay when I see results.’ ‘I can’t relax until I’m sure.’ So your nervous system became addicted
 - To guarantees. - To certainty. - To outcomes. - To evidence. And it feels responsible. But in the body
It’s hyper-vigilance. It’s stress chemistry. It’s cortisol on repeat. It’s your system saying: ‘Danger might be coming. Stay alert.’ Even when nothing is wrong. Even when life is unfolding. Even when money is moving. What Constant checking steals from you every day
It steals trust. It steals intuition. It steals timing. It steals flow. It steals peace. Because intuition speaks quietly. And surveillance is loud. When you’re watching outcomes
You stop listening to guidance. When you’re demanding proof
You block possibility. A question for you
Who taught you that you had to see it first to believe it? When did you learn that trust was risky? What happened when you once believed and it didn’t work out? Where did hope get punished? Stop and Feel that in your body. No story. Just sensation. Now breathe
And tell your nervous system: ‘I don’t need guarantees to be safe.’ ‘I trust my timing.’ ‘I trust my guidance.’ ‘I trust my flow.’ Because money does not respond to pressure. Money responds to openness. Flow responds to surrender. Wealth responds to coherence. Today’s activation: Release one outcome. One thing you’ve been watching.

@Bonnie Aspen it really does make a difference Jen you simply allow. For me when I allow it all and stop checking the notifications really do start rolling in! Glad you found some grace in this thank you again for sharing
36/90 Zero Limits Sprint: Control Is Trauma Not Intelligence
đŸ”„đŸ”„Welcome to Week 6 Day 36/90 Zero Limits Sprint — Control Is a Trauma Response, Not Intelligence Focus: Why “being in control” once kept you safe Todays conversation will be around this * How childhood unpredictability trained hyper-control * Why control feels responsible but signals danger to the body * The biology of “I must manage everything” * How control blocks support Zero Limits Activation: Notice where you over-manage today “Let me share with you something most people never realise
Your need to control was never your personality. It was your protection. 💜 At some point in your life, things felt unpredictable
 unstable
emotionally unsafe. And your nervous system learned: ‘If I stay alert
 If I manage everything
 If I stay ahead
I won’t get hurt again.’ So control became safety. Not because it was smart. Because it was necessary. And now
Your body still believes: ‘If I let go
something bad will happen.’ Even when nothing is wrong. Even when you are safe. Even when life is supporting you. Control feels responsible
but in the body
it feels like danger. It keeps cortisol high. Breath shallow. Jaw tight. Chest guarded. Always managing. Always scanning. Always holding. And here’s what it steals from you
It steals ease. It steals support. It steals money flow. It steals miracles. It steals rest. Because abundance moves toward regulated systems. Not guarded ones. So I want you to feel this right now
Where in your body are you holding everything together? Is it your shoulders? Your stomach? Your breath? Your jaw? Just notice. No fixing. And ask yourself: Who taught me that I had to be in control to be safe? When did I learn that relaxing was dangerous? Who was I protecting when I became “strong”? Who was I saving when I became “responsible”? Now
take one slow breath. And let your body hear this: ‘I am safe to soften.’ ‘I am safe to receive.’ ‘I am safe to be supported.’ ‘I do not have to manage life anymore.’ Because money does not respond to tension.
