💜 DAY 28 — YOU CAN LOVE PEOPLE WITHOUT STAYING LOYAL TO THEIR LIMITATIONS The powerful closing truth. This week ends with permission to rise without guilt. 💜 Core Cellular Shift: Your nervous system can learn that separation does not equal abandonment, and expansion does not require apology. 💜 Lets start DAY 28 This is the truth your nervous system has feared to accept: You can love people… Without shrinking for them. Without saving them. Without carrying them. Without staying loyal to the limitations they refuse to outgrow. Because somewhere along the way… Your body learned that separation meant abandonment. That if you grew too much…earned too much…changed too much… You would lose connection. So you stayed emotionally attached to old identities. Old patterns. Old dynamics. Not because they fulfilled you… Because they felt familiar. And your nervous system confused familiarity with love. 💜 THE DAY’S CORE SHIFT: Your nervous system can learn that separation does not equal abandonment… And expansion does not require apology. 💜 DEEP CONNECTION POINT: At a cellular level…your body may still believe: “If I rise… I will leave people behind.” So you slow yourself down. Minimise your desires. Carry guilt around wanting more. But this is the painful truth around carrying this guilt… You cannot build a wealthy identity while staying emotionally chained to environments committed to survival. Some people will only feel comfortable with the version of you that stays accessible to their limitations. And your nervous system must now learn: Love does not require self-betrayal. 💜 CLEARING PRACTICE: Close your eyes. Feel the emotional weight of trying to stay connected by staying small. Feel the guilt. The pressure. The fear of outgrowing people you love. Now place your hand on your heart and say: “I release the belief that my growth harms others. I can love deeply without abandoning myself. It is safe for me to rise.” Allow that to soak in deeply. And let your nervous system feel permission to expand without guilt.
