A schoolbook example of how this community works.
Seven days ago I posted a challenge in the AI Automation Society: 200 educational videos, multilingual, female teacher avatar, private learning platform, full pipeline from research to delivery. Tight timeline. Real budget constraints. Real students waiting on the other end, including our cohort in Plexaris Uganda where education is delivered free of charge. @Zain Baig responded. Within 24 hours he delivered a complete technical blueprint of his working production pipeline: -7 specialised AI agents in sequence, fully orchestrated through Claude Code -Cost transparency down to $1.66 per video in single language, $4.87 in five languages -Multilingual architecture with two implementation paths, trade-offs explained -Tech stack itemised with subscription versus pay-per-use breakdown -Honest limitations and lessons from 27+ videos already in production -Step-by-step setup guide and recommended next actions No upsell. No locked content. No watered-down preview version. A real working system, documented in detail, handed over with the offer to support implementation if useful. This is what peer-to-peer knowledge transfer looks like at its best. The kind of generosity that turns a community from a feed into a force multiplier. Zain, thank you. You moved this project forward by weeks and gave the Uganda team a clearer path to high-volume multilingual content than anything we could have assembled internally in the same window. If you are in the AI Automation Society and you have not connected with Zain yet, do.

Frank thank you for this, genuinely means a lot. The problem you're solving for the Uganda cohort is exactly the kind of use case that made me want to build this in the first place. Happy to support however I can as you implement.

@Lana Frei Thank you Lana, really appreciate it!
πŸš€New Video: Higgsfield Just Turned Claude Into a Creative Agency
Higgsfield gives you access to the best AI image and video models, and Claude can talk to it directly through an MCP or CLI. In this video I show you how to turn Claude and Claude Code into a full creative agency that researches your market, builds a brand, generates product photos and ads, tracks every output in a Google Sheet, and runs on routines while you sleep. You'll see how to use Marketing Studio for hyper-motion launch videos, build reusable skills for consistent outputs, and scale up to hundreds of ad variations a week without being the bottleneck on creativity or production.

That is amazing
Weekly Win β€” 7 AI Agents, 7 Videos, Zero Manual Work
Hi Everyone. Been deep in Claude Code for the past few months and this week I finally shipped something I'm genuinely proud of. A fully automated YouTube Shorts pipeline. 7 agents that chain together end to end: πŸ” Research β†’ ✍️ Script β†’ 🎭 Avatar β†’ 🎨 B-Roll β†’ 🎬 Render β†’ πŸ“€ Upload β†’ πŸ“Š Analytics What makes it different β€” it's not faceless automation. Talking head videos, real person, personal brand, any niche. Posted 7 videos in 7 days. One hit 1.1K views on a brand new channel with zero subscribers and zero ad spend. The system is running on a locally hosted web app I built in Claude Code. Good to be here β€” excited to learn from everyone building in this space. πŸ‘‹

@Bhavya Kalani yes. Exactly. Correcting that. Thank you for pointing that out.

@Will Giangrande You're welcome will. A link to how this pipeline works is explained in a short that I just uploaded. I'll wait for your feedback. Please do subscribe if you like the concept.https://youtube.com/shorts/cvBZddCnu9g?feature=share
Implementing AI into businesses
Hi all, almost at the end of the 7 day course at the moment, loving it so far. My main question so far - So you have a business with a pain point that can fixed with AI (lets use automatically posting content for them as an example), you create a workflow in Claude to solve the issue. How do you actually sell this to the business? Do you just sell them the code in a file and they have to manually set it up? Or do you have to manually access their computer systems, social media, set up claude etc then do it yourself for them? Hope this makes sense! If there's a video on this it would be very useful, thanks!

Three delivery models that work: (1) Done for you β€” you access their systems, set it up, hand it over with documentation. Best for non-technical clients. (2) Done with you β€” screen share, build it together, they own it after. (3) Blueprint β€” document the full system, they build it themselves. Each has different pricing. The more hands-on, the higher the fee. Most clients who aren't technical need option 1 or 2 β€” handing them code rarely works.
what SAAS will go out of business in 2026
my predictions: 1. MAKE 2. ZAPIER 3. GHL *unless they restructure or get bought out by a bigger company.

Make and Zapier are workflow tools pretending to be automation platforms. The moment Claude Code can orchestrate agents end to end for under $2 a run, the 'connect your apps' value prop gets hard to justify. They survive if they pivot to being the pipes β€” not the intelligence

Amazon ads β†’ AI automation. Built a 7-agent YouTube pipeline with Claude Code. Research to upload, fully automated.
