You will: - Deliver client projects across web, cloud, and AI. - Establish modern engineering and DevOps practices. - Mentor interns from leading local universities. - Collaborate with an existing technical partner while gradually building an independent delivery hub. Team Mentorship - Mentor and coach interns from leading local universities. - Document project work step by step, creating guides and training materials. - Build professional standards aligned with international consulting expectations.
