Iโm new here and really looking forward to learning from this community. Iโm a professional player (in Australia) and coach who works specifically withย female footballersย โ helping them build strength, speed, skills, endurance, power, and confidence so they can play at higher levels. While I donโt work exclusively with goalkeepers, I know how important keepers are to the game (and I coach keepers as part of my programs too when it comes to physical prep, strength, speed, skills and confidence). Iโm excited to connect, share ideas, and learn more about how to best support keepers in their development.
